All registrations are binding. If a person for any reason cannot participate, the entry fee will not be refunded.

Classes

W/M 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-89 years.

Starting time at 08.15 

Prizes

All entrants completing the race will receive a specially designed participation
pin. Prizes for the three best competitors in each class will be delivered from the stage outside Håkons Hall. In each class prizes will be awarded to approximately 25% of the numbers of starters. 

All participants must carry a backpack. The pack should
contain a windbreaker, drink, tools,some spare parts, a tube etc., and must
be carried on the back throughout the race. Participants not complying with
these requirements will be disqualified or given a time penalty. Packs will be
checked.

Licence/Insurance
Participants outside of Norway participating in the age classes need to sign an athlete`s declaration form. You get the form when picking up your bib.  

Foodstations

There are food and beverage at food stations along the course and at the finish area.
