You may choose your own wave when entering the race. However, if you do not choose a wave we will choose one for you. If you have participated earlier your wave will be set according to your past results.

Each wave consists of 250 - 300 runners.



Prizes/awards
All entrants who complete the race will recive a participation medal and a diploma.
In each ageclass the Birkebeiner medal will be awarded to approximately 25% of the number of starters.

Money prizes is given in the elite class only.
